80% Off Restaurant.com Gift Certificates!

This website specializes in selling gift certificates to a number of restaurants for a fraction of the cost. For example, you can usually get $25 gift cards for around $10 (but with the codes you’ll get here it’s usually only $2!).

The only catch is that it usually requires a minimum purchase ($25 cards is usually a minimum of $35) and tax and gratuity are added after the discount. But hey, $12 + tax and tip for a $35 dinner is not too shabby. The best part is that these certificates don't have an expiration date so you can save them for a special occasion.

Use the code LOVE at checkout to get $25 gift certificates for $2 (or $50 for $4)! Code valid until February 14th.

Remember to Check Your Receipts!

I went to Jamba Juice yesterday and noticed that there was an offer at the bottom of my receipt - fill out a survey and get a BOGO free on any drink. I usually don't ever do these kinds of things but I had some time and decided to try it. It literally took me 2 minutes and now I have a code to save me $4 the next time I go to Jamba Juice with a friend.

So remember to look at your receipts because sometimes they have discounts, coupons, or other promotions for your next visit.

Clearance Cosmetics at Drugstores This Week

I was at Rite Aid over the weekend and found a lot of items in the cosmetics section wereon clearance for 75% off! I got the CoverGirl blush in the photo above for $1.87 (marked down from $7.49)!

Now I know some peple are cautious about drugstore cosmetics because they question the quality. An interesting fact I learned from my mom (she was a buyer for Macy's for 25 years) is that L'Oreal and Lancome are made in the same factory because they are owned by the same company. Often times, many of their products have almost identical formulas. So unless you've had an adverse reaction to a certain brand, give the drugstore brands a try!

Because I don't know about you, but I would rather spend $30 on dinner and a movie, not on lipstick :)
